Inspect at Your Door — Before You Pay
You have the right to fully inspect your order while the Bosta courier is present at your door — before making any payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may refuse the delivery on the spot. You will only be charged the shipping fee.

Exchange Policy
If you have accepted your order and would like to exchange an item, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- Shipping fees for the exchange are covered by the customer

No Cash Refunds on Accepted Orders
We do not offer cash refunds on orders that have been accepted. If you are not satisfied, refuse the package at the door before paying — you will only be charged the shipping fee. Once the courier has left, we offer exchanges only.
