How do I pay?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives — no card or online payment needed.

Can I inspect my order before paying?

Yes. You have the right to fully inspect your package while the Bosta courier is at your door, before paying. If you are not happy for any reason, you can refuse the delivery on the spot. You will only be charged the shipping fee.

What if I want to exchange an item?

Contact us via Instagram DM @flacko.eg or by email. Exchanges are accepted when the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Shipping fees for the exchange are covered by the customer.

Do you offer cash refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds on accepted orders. You can refuse the package at the door before paying if you are not satisfied — you'll only be charged the shipping fee. After the courier leaves, we offer exchanges only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days via Bosta, across all of Egypt.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary by location and are calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm your order.

Do you deliver outside Cairo?

Yes — we deliver to all Egyptian governorates via Bosta.

How do I find my size?

Every product page includes a size chart. We recommend checking it before ordering. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.
